We aim to get your order packed and on its way quickly and reliably. Below is what to expect after you place an order.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day and follow the same 1–3 business day timeline.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Holiday and Peak Season Delays

During holidays and peak shopping periods, carriers may experience delays. We will still process orders within our normal timeframe, but actual delivery may take longer than usual.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package from pickup to delivery.

Address Accuracy and Customs Fees

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address; packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement. For shipments to Canada, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
